The average price for a single family detached home in December of 2016 was $420,962, down by 4.4% from last month and down by 0.8% from December of 2015. The condo prices were up by 2.5% at 247,647 from $241,569 last month.
Total of 716 residential properties have sold in the 12th month of 2016, 27% less than in November and 0.4% more than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 5,208 residential properties available compared to 5,088 last months and 6,043 in December of 2015. Average Days-On-Market were up by 5 days at 70.
