About Imperial

The Imperial is a 6 storey, residential apartment building, located in Oliver, at 10235 112 Street Edmonton, just south of the Venetian. It was constructed in 2007 and consists of central elevator, insuite laundry, and underground heated parking.  Visitor parking can be found on the east sid eof the building.  One of the main attractions of the Imperial are the roof-top patios which overlook Downtown and Oliver.  Imperial is situated just two blocks from Jasper Ave, within walking distance to Corona LRT station and Oliver Square.
