About Beaumaris

Beaumaris community is situated in northwest Edmonton, in the Castledowns area. Some of the first development in Beaumaris occurred during 1970s with more residential properties built in the 1980s and 1990s. Single detached are less than half of the amount of homes in the area with apartment style condominiums, duplexes, and townhouses as remainder.
