The average price for a single family detached home in June of 2015 was $451,312, down by 1.4 percent from last month, and up by 2% from June of 2014. The condo prices were also down by 0.2% at $255,662 from $256,143. Total of 2,008 residential properties have sold in the 6th month of 2015, 2.4% more than same period last year. The inventory decreased to 7,177 residential properties available compared to 7,303 last months and 5.704 in June of 2014. Average Days-On-Market were up again by 4 days at 49.

The City of Edmonton will upgrade the existing landscape in Cumberland green belt to address pockets of saturated ground in turf areas and ponding water on sidewalks. This is intended to eliminate unsafe conditions for users as well as ongoing maintenance issues for the City.

Construction will start in July of 2015 and is expected to be 10 weeks depending on weather conditions. All dates provided are based on current schedule estimates and may be subject to change.
