The average price for a single family detached home in July of 2015 was $436,948, down by 1.8 percent from last month, and up by 2.3% from July of 2014. The condo prices were up slightly by 0.4% at $256,708 from $255,662. Total of 1,812 residential properties have sold in the 7th month of 2015, 2.8% less than same period last year.

The inventory increased to 7,226 residential properties available compared to 7,177 last months and 5,609 in July of 2014. Average Days-On-Market were down by 1 day at 48.

The City of Edmonton will upgrade the existing landscape in Cumberland green belt to address pockets of saturated ground in turf areas and ponding water on sidewalks. This is intended to eliminate unsafe conditions for users as well as ongoing maintenance issues for the City.

Construction will start in July of 2015 and is expected to be 10 weeks depending on weather conditions. All dates provided are based on current schedule estimates and may be subject to change.
