Edmonton's single detached house prices and average days on market remain unchanged in September of 2014, while inventory and condo prices are down!

The average price for a single family detached home in September was $435,584 down by 0.04% from last month, and up by 6.2% from September of 2013. The condo prices were down by 3% to $254,494. Total of 1,568 residential properties have sold in the 9nd month of 2014, 13.5% more than same period last year, and it took on average 49 days for these properties to sale. The inventory decreased to 4,812 residential properties available compared to 5,334 last months and 5,111 in September of 2013.

Edmonton's single detached house and condo prices are slightly up in August of 2014, while inventory and number of sales are down!

The average price for a single family detached home in August was $435,430 up by 1.9% from last month, and up by 4.6% from August of 2013. The condo prices were also up by 3.1% to $262,273. Total of 1,552 residential properties have sold in the 8nd month of 2014, 4% more than same period last year, and it took on average 49 days for these properties to sale. The inventory decreased to 5,334 residential properties available compared to 5,609 last months and 5,557 in August of 2013.
