Total of 2,741 residential properties have sold in Greater Edmonton Area in May of 2021, 4.3% less than in April and 137.1% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 7,573 residential properties available compared to 7,035 last month and 7,749 in May of 2020. The average price for a single family detached home in April of 2021 was $458,444 up by 0.1% from last month and up by 11.7% from April of 2020. Condominium prices were down by 0.4% at $228,741 from last month and up by 10.2% compared to last year.

Total of 2,868 residential properties have sold in Greater Edmonton Area in April of 2021, 17.6% more than in March and 284.5% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 7,035 residential properties available compared to 6,302 last month and 7,237 in April of 2020. It took on average 37 days for all these residential properties to sell, 5 days less than compared to last month.

The average price for a single family detached home in February of 2021 was $437,977 up by 2.4% from last month and up by 2.7% from February of 2020. Condominium prices were also up by 6.6% at $230,929 from last month and up by 8.4% compared to last year.

Total of 1,600 residential properties have sold in Greater Edmonton Area in February of 2021, 36.8% more than in January and 52.1% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 5,654 residential properties available compared to 5,255 last month and 6,842 in February of 2020. It took on average 52 days for all these residential properties to sell, 13 days less than compared to last month.
