In the last 90 days, 134 single detached homes (houses) have sold through the MLS® system in Leduc, Alberta.

The average selling price for these sold homes was $397,944 and $267 per square foot and list price $406,184 and $272 per square foot. It took on average 52 days for these properties to sell, while sold-to-list price ratio was 97 percent. Average size of these sold houses was 1,536 sq.feet.

Edmonton's single detached house and condo prices are slightly up in August of 2014, while inventory and number of sales are down!

The average price for a single family detached home in August was $435,430 up by 1.9% from last month, and up by 4.6% from August of 2013. The condo prices were also up by 3.1% to $262,273. Total of 1,552 residential properties have sold in the 8nd month of 2014, 4% more than same period last year, and it took on average 49 days for these properties to sale. The inventory decreased to 5,334 residential properties available compared to 5,609 last months and 5,557 in August of 2013.

Willow Court Townhouses, Lymburn Community, West Edmonton

Since January of 2014 till today, 8 townhouses have sold through the MLS® system in Willow Court complex. The average selling price for these sold units was $191,925 and $206 per square foot and list price $195,715 and $210 per square foot. It took on average 37 days for these properties to sell, while sold-to-list price ratio was 98 percent. Average size of the sold units was 976 sq.feet.

Edmonton's single detached house prices, inventory and number of sales are slightly down in July of 2014, while condo prices are unchanged!

The average price for a single family detached home in July was $426,716 down by 2% from last month, and up by 3.8% from July of 2013. The condo prices were up by 0.2% to $254,654. Total of 1,864 residential properties have sold in the 7nd month of 2014, 6.9% more than same period last year, and it took on average 46 days for these properties to sale. The inventory decreased to 5,609 residential properties available compared to 5,704 last months and 6,078 in July of 2013.

The average price for a single family detached home in June was $435,534 down by 0.7% from last month, and up by 5.3% from June of 2013. The condo prices were up by 0.6% to $254,182. Total of 1,961 residential properties have sold in the 6nd month of 2014, 13% more than same period last year, and it took on average 41 days for these properties to sale. The inventory increased to 5,704 residential properties available compared to 5,634 last months and 6,078 in June of 2013.

The average price for a single family detached home in May was $438,279, up by 2.2% from last month, and up by 4.6% from May of 2013. The condo prices were down slightly by 0.13% to $251,688. Total of 1,979 residential properties have sold in the 5nd month of 2014, 14% more than same period last year, and it took on average 41 days for these properties to sale. The inventory increased to 5,634 residential properties available compared to 4,910 last months and 6,028 in May of 2013.
