Despite Higher Inventory, Edmonton Real Estate Market Remains Stable!

The average price for a single family detached home in May of 2016 was $440,573, almost identical as last month and down by 1% from May of 2015. The condo prices were up by 1.4% at 254,555 from $250,869.

Total of 1,771 residential properties have sold in the 5nd month of 2016, 18% more than in April and 1% less than in same period last year. The inventory increased to 8,153 residential properties available compared to 8,033 last months and 7,303 in May of 2015. Average Days-On-Market were up by 14 days at 54.
