Edmonton Housing Market Remains Stable In February of 2018!

Despite slower start to the year, the average price for a single family detached home in Feburary of 2019 was $430,000 up by 6.36% from last month and down by 1.32% from February of 2018. The condo prices were also up by 4.16% at $222,267 from $218,680 last month.

Total of 986 residential properties have sold in the 2nd month of 2019, 23.4% more than in January and 11% less than in same period last year. The inventory increased to 7,422 residential properties available compared to 7,092 last months and 6,797 in February of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were down by 9 days at 73.
