Edmonton Housing Market Remains Strong!

The average price for a single family detached home in August of 2020 was $439,605, up by 0.79% from last month and up by 1.86% from August of 2019. Condo prices were also up by 1.79% at $229,172 from last month and down by 2.23% compared to last year. Total of 1,881 residential properties have sold in the 8th month of 2020, 13.08% less than in July and 20.11% more than in the same period last year. The inventory decreased to 7,553 residential properties available compared to 7,714 last month and 8,818 in June of 2019.
