The average price for a single family detached home in June of 2020 was $423,184, up by 2.63% from last month and up by 0.20% from June of 2019. Condo prices were also up by 7.57% at $219,832 from $204,365 last month.
Total of 2,051 residential properties have sold in the 6th month of 2020, 77.27% more than in May and 13.69% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 7,951 residential properties available compared to 7,749 last month and 9,428 in June of 2019. It took on average 59 days for all these residential properties to sell, 7 days less than last month.
