Edmonton Real Estate Market Remains Stable In March!

The average price for a single family detached home in March of 2016 was $439,815, up by 4.73% from last month and up by 0.56% from March of 2015. The condo prices were also up by 1.6% at 251,093 from $247,090.

Total of 1,364 residential properties have sold in the 3nd month of 2016, 6.13% less than same period last year. The inventory increased to 7,294 residential properties available compared to 6,681 last months and 5,944 in March of 2015. Average Days-On-Market were down by 4 day at 53.
