Edmonton's single detached house prices and average "days-on-market" are up in November of 2014, while condo prices, number of sales, and inventory are down!
The average price for a single family detached home in November was $442,884 up by 3.8% from last month, and up by 6.2% from November of 2013. The condo prices were down by 2% at $255,167. Total of 1,137 residential properties have sold in the 11th month of 2014, 6.8% less than same period last year, and it took on average 54 days for these properties to sale. The inventory decreased to 3,906 residential properties available compared to 4,473 last months and 3,820 in November of 2013.
