Edmonton Real Estate Market Strong In 2021

The average price for a single family detached home in February of 2021 was $437,977 up by 2.4% from last month and up by 2.7% from February of 2020. Condominium prices were also up by 6.6% at $230,929 from last month and up by 8.4% compared to last year.

Total of 1,600 residential properties have sold in Greater Edmonton Area in February of 2021, 36.8% more than in January and 52.1% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 5,654 residential properties available compared to 5,255 last month and 6,842 in February of 2020. It took on average 52 days for all these residential properties to sell, 13 days less than compared to last month.
