Edmonton's Housing Market Remains Stable in July of 2019

The average price for a single family detached home in July of 2019 was $429,717 up by 1.37% from last month and down by 1.91% from July of 2018.The condo prices were down by 6.59% at $222,911 from $238,648 last month.

Total of 1,921 residential properties have sold in the 7th month of 2019, 6.07% more than in June and 11.49% more than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 9,093 residential properties available compared to 9,428 last months and 10,094 in July of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were down by 2 day at 57.
