Edmonton's Housing Market Remains Unchanged in October of 2019

The average price for a single family detached home in October of 2019 was $420,939, up slightly by 0.13% from last month and down by 1.75% from October of 2018.The condo prices were up by 4.66% at $227,802 from $217.665 last month.

Total of 1,334 residential properties have sold in the 10th month of 2019, 3.89% less than in September and 8.10% more than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 7,026 residential properties available compared to 8,514 last months and 8,363 in October of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were up by 2 days at 65.
