In the last 6 months, 46 Two Storey single detached homes have sold via the MLS® system in The Hamptons community in West Edmonton.
The selling price ranged from $300,000 to $675,000. The average selling price was $456,064, $241 per sq.foot, while the average list price was $467,341. It took average 52 days for these Hamptons houses to sell. The average size of these sold homes was 1,915 sq.ft. and built in 2007.
