In the last 90 days, 134 single detached 2 Storey homes with double attached and detached garage built in 2016 and 2017 have sold through the Edmonton Real Estate Board MLS® system in Edmonton. The average selling price for these homes and average "Days-On-Market" are:

2 Storey With Attached Garage: 107 Sold AVS: $522,022 DOM: 50

2 Storey With Detached Garage: 27 Sold AVS: $620,598 DOM: 69

Note: most of the houses with double detached garage were infill homes built in more expensive communities like: McKernan, Belgravia, Glenora, Crestwood, and Westmount!
