The average price for a single family detached home in May of 2021 was $465,551 up by 1.6% from last month and up by 12.9% from May of 2020. Condominium prices were also up by 5.7% at $241,885 from last month and up by 18.4% compared to last year.

Total of 2,741 residential properties have sold in Greater Edmonton Area in May of 2021, 4.3% less than in April and 137.1% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 7,573 residential properties available compared to 7,035 last month and 7,749 in May of 2020. It took on average 33 days for all these residential properties to sell, 4 days less than compared to last month.

real estate market report december 2020

The average price for a single family detached home in December of 2020 was $428,900 down by 2.32% from last month and up by 4.24% from December of 2019. Condominium prices were also down by 5.57% at $217,843 from last month and down by 3.68% compared to last year.

Total of 1,107 residential properties have sold in the last month of 2020, 20.65% less than in November and 31.47% more than in the same period last year. The inventory decreased to 5,005 residential properties available compared to 6,205 last month and 5,961 in December of 2019. It took on average 58 days for all these residential properties to sell, 11 days less than compared to last month.

The average price for a single family detached home in June of 2019 was $423,894 down by 1.76% from last month and down by 4.45% from June of 2018.The condo prices were up slightly by 0.36% at $238,648 from $237,802 last month.

Total of 1,811 residential properties have sold in the 6th month of 2019, 8.58% less than in May and 0.56% more than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 9,428 residential properties available compared to 9,451 last months and 10,230 in June of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were down by 1 day at 59.
