About Gainsborough

Gainsborough is a 23 storey, residential high rise building, located in Oliver at 10011 123 Street, Edmonton AB, T5N 1M9. It was built in 1981 and consists of 106 apartment condos with central elevator, party room, guest suite, picnic area, exercise room, and underground parking. There are two entrances: one from Jasper Ave and 2nd from the south end of the building. Visitor parking can be found at east side. Gainsborough, which overlooks the River Valley and Victoria Golf Course, offer quick access to Downtown core, U of A, and trendy 124 street.
