Brookside community is situated in south west Edmonton, the majority of the homes in the area were built in the 1960s and 1970s. Brookside homes are in high demand and sell above Edmonton’s average. Some of the most expensive real estate in the area can be found on 141 and 131 street. This mature neighbourhood overlooks the Whitemud Creek Ravine and the River Valley to the north.
