About Cloverdale

Cloverdale is a community situated in south east Edmonton. Initial development in the area occurred in 1940s with most modern homes built in 1980s. Cloverdale is a beautiful neighbourhood and home to some of Edmontons hotspots like; The Muttart Conservatory, Edmonton Ski Club as well as Gallagher Park which has toboggan hills, a playgroud, and beautiful natural multi-usetrails. Just north, a block over on 97 avenue you’ll find the Bennett Centre which hosts weddings, business meetings and programs for school retreats. On this street also resides the Cloverdale Community League the block. The most common type of homes are single detached dwellings, then apartment style condos, and row houses. Cloverdale properties sell above Edmonton’s average and are in high demand. The neighbourhood backs onto the River Valley, offering sublime viewpoints. On 98 Avenue you’ll find the Accidental Beach, George F Hustler Memorial Plaza, the beautiful Henrietta Muir Edwards Park and on Connors Road, the Low Level Bridge. Public Transit does run through the neighbourhood and the closest LRT station is on Jasper Avenue.
