About The Hamptons

The Hamptons community is located in west Edmonton, east of Winterburn Road, and south of 62 Avenue, in zone 58. Some of the first development in the area occured at the beginning of 2000, whereas majority of the homes were built after 2005. Single detached houses are the most common type of dwelling found in the Hamptons, and the remainder are duplexes, apartment style condos, and townhouses. This newer neighbourhood offers affordable houses for the west Edmonton, which is comparable to Lewis Estates. Hamptons offers easy access to main roads such as; Anthony Henday Drive and Whitemud Drive. Located on Hemingway Road you’ll find, Sister Annata Brockman Catholic Elementary and Junior High School, Bessie Nichols Public Junior High School, and The Grange District Park which provides a spacious sports field, multi-use trails, and sublime natural viewpoints. Man made lakes with trails can be found throughout the neighbourhood and public transit is easily accessible as well. A variety of amenities reside on the neighbourhood's east perimeter including the Chinese Alliance Church, River West Christian Church, Prana Yoga Sudio, Hamptons Animal Hospital, Circle K Convenient Store, JW BRIAN Mechanical, as well as a variety of fast food, salons and more.
