Queen Mary Park community is situated in north central Edmonton, next to Downtown & Oliver. The old Canadian National Railway used to run just south of the neighbourhood, between 104 and 105 avenue. Majority of the homes in the area are apartment style condos, some duplexe, and a few single detached houses, which have been constructed between 1950 and 1970.
