Edmonton's single detached house and condo prices, number of sales, and inventory was down slightly in December, while overall real estate market was up compared to 2013!

The average price for a single family detached home in December was $429,470 down by 3.3% from last month, and up by 1.4% from December of 2013. The condo prices were also down by 2.4% at $247,099. Total of 770 residential properties have sold in the 12th month of 2014, 4.7% less than same period last year. The inventory decreased to 3,059 residential properties available compared to 3,906 last months and 3,049 in December of 2013.
