The average price for a single family detached home in September of 2015 was $432,150, down by 1.78 percent from last month, and down by 0.98% from September of 2014. The condo prices were also down slightly by 0.68% at $252,953 from $254,672.

Total of 1,462 residential properties have sold in the 9th month of 2015, 6.7% less than same period last year. The inventory decreased to 7,108 residential properties available compared to 7,227 last months and 4,812 in September of 2014.

Average Days-On-Market were up by 1 day at 53.
