The average price for a single family detached home in January of 2016 was $418,928, down by 1.3 percent from last month and down by 1.2% from January of 2015. The condo prices were also down by staggering 10.3% at $227,052 from $252,954.

Total of 618 residential properties have sold in the 1st month of 2016, 7.2% less than same period last year. The inventory increased to 5,751 residential properties available compared to 5,088 last months and 4,132 in January of 2015. Average Days-On-Market were up by 9 day at 71.
