The average price for a single family detached home in November of 2017 was $441,526 up by 2.29% from last month and up by 0.23% from November of 2016. The condo prices were down by 4.39% at 232,221 from $242,887 last month.

Total of 1,163 residential properties have sold in the 11th month of 2017, 12.77% less than in October and 12.42% more than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 7,030 residential properties available compared to 7,618 last months and 6,493 in October of 2016. Average Days-On-Market were up by 1 day at 66.
