Buyer Jason Hwang - I am in the Canadian Armed Forces and got my second property with Derek. I wanted someone who had in my best interest as a buyer and had time for me. I found Derek on Google and read his review and decided to go with him. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism. I did not at no point feel pressured by him and he let me go on my own pace. I wasn't required to sign any papers with him (most realtor makes you do that). Derek gave me good factual insights which helped me in the process such as the price of homes in surrounding areas so I know if it is a favorable or unfavorable price range. The average price for a single family detached home in July of 2019 was $429,717 up by 1.37% from last month and down by 1.91% from July of 2018.The condo prices were down by 6.59% at $222,911 from $238,648 last month.

Total of 1,921 residential properties have sold in the 7th month of 2019, 6.07% more than in June and 11.49% more than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 9,093 residential properties available compared to 9,428 last months and 10,094 in July of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were down by 2 day at 57.
