The average price for a single family detached home in February of 2019 was $426,191 up by 2.96% from last month and down by 0.56% from February of 2019. The condo prices were also up by 4.00% at $212,520 from $204,355 last month.

Total of 1,054 residential properties have sold in the 2nd month of 2020, 32.58% more than in January and 7.99% more than in same period last year. The inventory increased to 6,842 residential properties available compared to 6,228 last months and 7,422 in February of 2019. 74 days was the average days-on-market for all the residential properties that have sold, 5 days less than last month.
