Edmonton's single detached house and condo prices, number of sales, and average days-on-market were down slightly in January, while inventory was up compared to 2014!

The average price for a single family detached home in January was $429,470 down by 0.5% from last month, and up by 2.5% from January of 2014. The condo prices were also down slightly by 0.1% at $247,178. Total of 666 residential properties have sold in the first month of 2014, 18% less than same period last year. The inventory increased to 4,132 residential properties available compared to 3,059 last months and 3,537 in January of 2014.
