The average price for a single family detached home in June of 2016 was $435,366, down by 1.2% from last month and down by 1.9% from June of 2015. The condo prices were up by 3.5% at 263,366 from $254,555.

Total of 1,785 residential properties have sold in the 6nd month of 2016, 0.8% more than in May and 11% less than in same period last year. The inventory increased to 8,179 residential properties available compared to 8,153 last months and 7,177 in June of 2015. Average Days-On-Market were down by 1 day at 53.
