The average price for a single family detached home in January of 2021 was $427,677 down by 0.04% from last month and up by 3.2% from January of 2020. Condominium prices were also down by 0.5% at $216,757 from last month and up by 6.1% compared to last year.

Total of 1,171 residential properties have sold in January of 2021, 5.9% more than in December and 47.1% more than in the same period last year. The inventory increased to 5,255 residential properties available compared to 5,005 last month and 6,228 in January of 2020. It took on average 65 days for all these residential properties to sell, 7 days longer than compared to last month.
