Edmonton's single detached home prices and inventory are up in May of 2014, while average days-on-market and condo prices are slightly down.
The average price for a single family detached home in May was $438,279, up by 2.2% from last month, and up by 4.6% from May of 2013. The condo prices were down slightly by 0.13% to $251,688. Total of 1,979 residential properties have sold in the 5nd month of 2014, 14% more than same period last year, and it took on average 41 days for these properties to sale. The inventory increased to 5,634 residential properties available compared to 4,910 last months and 6,028 in May of 2013.
