Our Edmonton MLS & Area property search is easy to use on all devices and operating systems. It is updated every 15 minutes and includes all the new listings, price changes, changes on listing information, and/or property photos.

Edmonton MLS Search

To start with, you can search by:

1. City, neighbourhood, address, postal code, or MLS number. Simply start typing in the search box what you are looking for and the matching keywords and/or numbers will appear below.

2. If you decide to search by city or neighbourhood, you can than choose your price range, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, property type, whether you prefer single detached, rural, condo, or mobile.

3. For example, If you choose condos, you can then narrow down the search to: low-rise apartments, townhouses, apartment high-rises, half duplexes, carriage condos, detached condominium, stacked townhouses, tri-plex, 4-plex, duplexes side by side, duplexes up and down, and parking stall for sale.

4. Furthermore, you can also search by property size and age of construction.

Once you have selected all you search criteria, click on the blue button "Find Your Home" to view the results. You can save your search by clicking the green "Save Search" button located on the right site. By saving your MLS property search, you can choose to receive daily, weekly, or monthly email updates for any new listings that come onto the market and meet your search criteria, as well as priced reduced properties that now fall in your selected budget. This is by far the best and most efficient way of finding your dream home. You will save yourself a lot of time, and won't have to constantly browse the internet for new listings.

In addition, you can search Edmonton and nearby towns properties by using map. Click on the "Show Map" below the blue "Find Your Home" button, zoom in or out, draw polygon or radius, select you search criteria, and click "Find Your Home" for results.

Once you choose a specific listing, you can either view photos in the open slide show format or by clicking the photo gallery. On the desktop and tablet view to the right, you will notice a blue "Ask About This Property" button where you can either inquire about more information regarding the specific property or request a showing. You can also save the listing as favorite, share it with others via Facebook, Twitter, Google +, or via email link. On mobile devices, you will find the same options on the bottom of your screen.

Every listing has above the photo the asking price, the listing agent's and brokerage's name, and address of the property unless excluded by the sellers for privacy purpose. Essential information includes: MLS number, price, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, lot size, parking, year built, property type, sub type, style, and status. Community information has: area, subdivision, city, county, province, and postal code. The listing will also include: features, parking, interior and exterior features, and additional information, example condo fee. The great bonus is the map with satellite and bird's eye view. You can also get map directions on how to get to the property from which ever point you choose from. The icing on the cake is the option to view properties for sale similar to displayed listing.
