Edmonton Real Estate Market Remains Unchanged

The average price for a single family detached home in August of 2019 was $434,634 up by 1.14% from last month and up by 2.24% from August of 2018.The condo prices were also up by 5.19% at $234,480 from $222,911 last month.

Total of 1,571 residential properties have sold in the 8th month of 2019, 3.02% less than in August and 6.38% less than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 8,818 residential properties available compared to 9,093 last months and 9,618 in August of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were up by 5 day at 62.
