Edmonton Real Estate Market Remains Unchanged

The average price for a single family detached home in November of 2019 was $420,650, down slightly by 0.07% from last month and up by 0.24% from November of 2018.The condo prices were up by 0.14% at $228,113 from $227,802 last month.

Total of 1,101 residential properties have sold in the 11th month of 2019, 17.47% less than in October and 0.36% less than in same period last year. The inventory decreased to 7,923 residential properties available compared to 7,926 last months and 7,741 in November of 2018. Average Days-On-Market were up by 4 days at 69.
