The selling price ranged from $220,000, 1,024 sq.ft. bungalow with unfinished basement built in 1964 in York community, to $615,900, 2,546 sq.ft. 2 Storey with also unfinished basement in Cy Becker neighbourhood. The average selling price was $373,800, $257 per sq.foot, while the average list price was $384,411. It took on average 39 days for these Northeast houses to sell. The average size of these sold homes was 1,505 sq.ft. and built in 1990. The quickest sale took place the day the house came onto the market and the longest in 180 days.

edmonton real estate market update for october 2020

The average price for a single family detached home in October of 2020 was $442,854 up by 0.72% from last month and up by 5.50% from October of 2019. Condo prices were down by 1.34% at $231,608 from last month and up by 1.67% compared to last year.

Total of 1,674 residential properties have sold in the 10th month of 2020, 10.48% less than in September and 26.34% more than in the same period last year. The inventory decreased to 1,674 residential properties available compared to 7,248 last month and 7,926 in October of 2019. It took on average 50 days for all these residential properties to sell, 3 days less than last month.
