2 Storey With Attached Garage: 107 Sold AVS: $522,022 DOM: 50

2 Storey With Detached Garage: 27 Sold AVS: $620,598 DOM: 69

Note: most of the houses with double detached garage were infill homes built in more expensive communities like: McKernan, Belgravia, Glenora, Crestwood, and Westmount!

The average price for a single family detached home in March of 2017 was $439,139 up by 3% from last month and up by 10.5% from March of 2016. The condo prices were also up by 3.86% at 242,632 from $230,661 last month.

Total of 1,474 residential properties have sold in the 3rd month of 2017, 31.8% more than in February and 3.11% less than in same period last year. The inventory increased to 6,806 residential properties available compared to 6,108 last months and 7,294 in March of 2016. Average Days-On-Market were down by 8 days at 57.

February was definitely a busy month for all the realtors compared to last year. Despite weaker economy, the Edmonton's real estate market is better than many have thought.

The average price for a single family detached home in February of 2017 was $427,726 up by 2.61% from last month and up by 1.85% from February of 2016. The condo prices were down by 6.51% at 230,661 from $246,727 last month.

Total of 1,060 residential properties have sold in the 2nd month of 2017, 43.6% more than in January and 26.6% more than in same period last year. The inventory increased to 6,108 residential properties available compared to 5,594 last months and 6,681 in February of 2016. Average Days-On-Market were down by 7 days at 65.
